The First Step Is To Complete Your Application Form. There are 3 ways
to complete the process:
ONLINE:

NOTE: Go to your sponsor's web site and click on Join Now.
MAIL:Use the form provided that already has the person's
name and username printed on the form. If you are buying product,
complete the section that states you are doing so, and include your
check or money order to cover the cost. Mail to the address shown on
the form.
FAX:Complete the fax form, write your check just as if you
were going to mail it. Attach your check to the form (you can tape
it to the form). Make a copy of the complete form and check, and fax
the copy to: (205) 661-1955.
DO NOT fax and also mail
in the forms and check!
CREDIT CARDS:
Credit cards are accepted. There is a $1. processing
& handling fee for use of credit cards. We
accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and
American Express. You can pay online, or you
can mail or fax your credit card information, along with a copy of
your registration form.
